Started around a kitchen table by Rod (inventor and chairman), Helen (finance director) and Rod Aaron Gammons (managing director), the business moved to the family’s garden shed, and then onto the iconic Pinewood Studios where it remains today. Leading where others follow, Rotolight has developed countless industry-first features and has been widely recognised with numerous global awards and accolades for its innovation, technical excellence and product quality. The company’s products are regularly used on blockbuster motion pictures and award-winning television shows worldwide, as well as by studios, photographers and independent filmmakers. This includes films such as the BAFTA- nominated Film Stars Don’t Die in Liverpool, and television productions Dancing on Ice and Coronation Street.
