We were founded in 1997 by Dr Andrew Gibson, a clinical psychologist by background, with a passion for service quality and improvement. His daughter Helen Gibson took over as Managing Director in 2012 and was joined by younger daughter, Joy Allen in 2017 as Head of HR and Corporate Services.
